The hall areas can be divided from approximately 1200 sqm onward; options such as indoor playground, climbing experience, bouncy castles, trampoline hall, etc. are also conceivable!

We offer a hall complex either in its entirety or in parts, with office facilities as well as toilets and two staircases. This includes a hall that can be newly built as needed, which is equipped with two sectional doors (4 x 4 meters) and a mobile ramp, as well as access to two freight elevators, each with a 1.3-ton capacity, measuring approximately 205 x 3 meters at 2 meters high. The rear area of the hall is accessed via two additional freight elevators. The hall is located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor of our brick building—the former Warburg Food Factory—available immediately or at a later date.

The hall complex is roughly 150 meters long and 25–32 meters wide, with emergency exits provided via staircases; sanitary facilities could also be installed.

The first floor covers about 3400 sqm, in addition to a ground-level hall of approximately 700 sqm and a mezzanine suitable for office use with an additional roughly 300 sqm. The halls are fitted with a new fire alarm system and can be used as warehouses. They are illuminated by LED lamps. If power is needed, we have a new 2 MW transformer on-site. Heating is not currently installed but can be provided by the tenant or arranged separately. The halls are approximately 25–35 meters deep and about 150 meters long, with interior heights ranging from about 3.20 to 10 meters.

The floors of the halls are finished with industrial brick and partly with asphalt/concrete. They will be freshly painted.

Located in Warburg near Breuna, approximately 20 km from the VW plant in Kassel, situated directly on the A44 near the A7 interchange, in a micro-location within the industrial area behind the train station. The site allows for 24/7 operation and can be used for military purposes as it is fully fenced.

The property features brick floors, partly concrete floors, high load capacity, and is forklift-accessible, with a new fire alarm system and roller shutters currently in place.

There are several fire compartments present, with hall sizes ranging from 3000 to 5000 sqm and eave heights of 7–12 meters.

Freight elevators from Lödige are currently being installed, measuring 250 x 2.50 m with a 1.5-ton capacity.

We have our own 2 MW transformer and the possibility for additional transformers on the 10 KV network. The halls offer large column-free spaces.

There are also roller shutters available that are suitable for through-passing tractor-trailers.
