It is ideal for working adults seeking temporary community accommodation. The offered room is available immediately and provides everything for a comfortable everyday life. The apartment is designed so that many activities can be shared, but it’s not mandatory.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area of Alterlangen. The city center can be reached in a short time on foot or by bike, offering excellent access to central shopping facilities. The public transport connection is optimal – the nearest bus stop is just a few minutes away on foot.

The individually usable room faces west and has a loggia (balcony) for relaxed hours outdoors. It is zoned to include a living area, a dining and work area, and a quiet sleeping area.

The room features a 1.4 m wide queen size bed. For quiet evenings or cozy reading sessions, there’s a comfortable armchair and a smart TV.
