You will enjoy the benefits of thermal insulation, triple-glazed windows, a modernized bathroom, and contemporary furnishings (the energy certificate dates from before the modernization!).

In the large, modernly furnished room there is a double bed, a sofa for relaxing, a workspace, various storage options, and a wardrobe. The kitchen, which is accessed via a small hallway with storage space for suitcases and other items, offers all the necessary comfort for a small household and is fully equipped. The bathroom, featuring a towel radiator, was modernly designed just like the kitchen. The communal facilities are clean and well maintained. The apartment includes a basement, and at the rear there is a shared garden. Heating and gas can be provided as a flat rate depending on the rental period. Internet is available.

The minimum rental period is 3 months, with a deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent. A lease can also be concluded for a longer period, initially on a fixed-term basis, with the possibility of extension.

Additionally, a parking space can be rented—in Berlin, this is a rarity!

The apartment impresses with its convenient yet quiet location. Situated in a side street off Albrechtstraße, it is only 5 minutes from the Benjamin-Franklin-Klinikum, the Steglitz town hall, and the "Schloß" shopping center. The university can be reached in 8 minutes, while the center and Wannsee are within 20 minutes. In addition to public transportation or using a bicycle, there is also the option to use a car thanks to the parking space behind the building, which can be rented for an extra 50 Euros. Parking will therefore not be an issue—quite rare in Berlin!

The nearest S- and U-stations for public transport are: Rathaus Steglitz (S1 and U9), Südende (S25), and Attilastraße (S2). All these stations can be reached by bus in 5-10 minutes.

The apartment is particularly advantageous for those studying or working at FU Berlin, the Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin, or in Potsdam.

For individual dinner options in the evening, there is a multifunctional microwave with oven and grill as well as induction hob plates available. And for your morning coffee, everything is provided. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes "on the side" and the washing machine is ready to use for your laundry.
