The spacious garden with fruit trees and a wooden terrace is available for you to design as you wish – we are happy to provide lawn care and winter service equipment. The majority of the garden is available exclusively for your use; only a small area in front of the accessory apartment is still used by us.

Background:

Since we will be spending most of each year abroad for the next 5 years, we are renting out our beloved home on a temporary basis and welcome tenants who will make it their own during that time. After 5 years, we will move back in.

Accessory Apartment & Basement:

In the commonly accessible basement, you will find the heating system, pellet storage, storage facilities, a laundry room, as well as the dehumidification and desalination system, which we maintain regularly.

For a rental period of more than 3 years (up to a maximum of 5 years), unfurnished rental is also possible upon request.
