The room is furnished in a Scandinavian style and comes fully equipped. It is bright, cozy, and you can move in directly with just your suitcase. It has been completely renovated and, thanks to its numerous storage options and excellent layout, offers surprisingly plenty of space. The rent is all‐inclusive (internet and electricity included). The communal area measures approximately 37.5 m². There are two rooms available – one 10 m² room available immediately and one 14 m² room available from September 1st.

We’re not looking for just a no-frills flatshare; a friendly, open atmosphere is very important to us. It would be great if we could occasionally cook together or do something as a group, while also respecting everyone’s need for some time alone.

About us:

• Selsebil – She is a doctor who studied medicine. Open, friendly, and reliable, you will often find her in a café or reading. She loves good conversations and spending quality time with her friends.

• Patricia – She works for a company in Düsseldorf. Having moved here in November, she was once new to the city too. She enjoys reading and occasionally goes running. Always friendly and reliable, she’s happy to chat in the kitchen.

• Flora – Having recently relocated from Vienna to Düsseldorf, she works in the art trade. She loves going to the cinema and hiking, and she’d be delighted to explore the city together.

We enjoy cooking, eating, and chatting together when it suits everyone, but of course we also respect each other’s need for some quiet time.

Miscellaneous

The beautiful period apartment in the center of Düsseldorf-Eller has been meticulously renovated, furnished, and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. You also have access to a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen comes fully equipped with brand-new cutlery, utensils, and pots. A particular highlight is the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beer.

Minimum rental period: 6 months

Location

The location in Düsseldorf-Eller is ideal. Directly across the street, you will find a Netto supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, a pub, two bakeries, several restaurants, and other discount stores for everyday needs. Additionally, there’s a Rewe nearby, and a weekly market is just around the corner.

Public transport connections are excellent. The Eller Mitte S-Bahn station is only a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn takes you to Düsseldorf’s main train station in just 10 minutes. The Old Town (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) is only 14 minutes away, with the nearest underground station just a 4-minute walk away.

And here’s a highlight for drivers: yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available without any hassle – right in the heart of Düsseldorf at the large Gumbertstraße car park!
