Settled deposits and services: 3,100 CZK/month (this includes the condominium’s deposits for heating and water, electricity deposits, and fast optical internet O2 250 Mb)

Total monthly payment: 15,100 CZK/month

Refundable deposit: 24,000 CZK (paid upon signing the contract)

The deposits for utilities and services (heating, water, electricity) are fully reconciled once a year based on actual consumption. All services, including electricity and internet, remain registered in my name as the owner – so you won’t need to deal with any transfers at offices or with providers. The fee for communal waste is to be paid by the tenant directly to the City of Rosice.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are allowed by agreement. It will be available for move-in from September 1, 2026.
