The apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a well-maintained apartment building with a lift. One of its greatest advantages is its orientation towards a quiet green inner courtyard, offering a pleasant view of greenery and a very peaceful living environment.
The apartment includes a fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer.
