The AHL SCHULL, built in 1870, is a listed building in the historic town center of Bergheim-Niederaußem. It is located in immediate proximity to the old Catholic church and the public park “Grüne Lunge” (Green Lung).

In 2016, in close consultation with the monument authority of the City of Bergheim, the historic building underwent an extensive core renovation. In the process, a total of ten modern apartments were created that combine the unique character of the listed building with contemporary living comfort.
