The famous beaches of Usedom are only about a 15-minute drive away.

The property is nestled in plenty of greenery and offers peace and openness in every season. Even in winter and spring, you can enjoy views of the water. The centerpiece of the house is the roughly 50-square-meter wooden terrace, which wraps around the house to the southwest and seamlessly extends the living area outdoors. Here the day begins with a cup of coffee in the morning sun and ends with long summer evenings in the warm glow of the setting sun. You can sunbathe, grill and party with friends, watch sea eagles soaring in the sky, or on cool winter evenings gather by the fire pit to toast spit bread together.

The garden provides space for play, relaxation, or simply taking a breath of fresh air. Under the apple tree it is wonderful for reading, dozing, or even camping out. Additionally, a charming guest cottage of about 9 square meters is available for guests, offering children and friends their own little retreat.

Technically, the house is designed for comfortable, year-round use. Underfloor heating, a modern heat pump with remote control, and a fiber-optic connection ensure that the house is ideally suited both as a holiday home and for longer stays or mobile working. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the light into every room and, together with the thoughtfully designed orientation, create a bright, welcoming living atmosphere.

Children here experience exactly the kind of vacation that they remember for years to come. During the day they can dig in the sand at the beach, embark on pirate adventures, or visit the circus. In the evenings, with a fishing rod by the water, they can search for frogs or play in the garden until it gradually gets dark. Then, at night, they can go on amber hunts with a UV torch.

This house blends the tranquility of a small fishing village with its proximity to the Baltic Sea and has a special appeal. It is one of those rare places where you feel at home after just a short time and to which you always want to return. For many years it has been such a place for us. Now we are delighted that new memories will be created here.

Neeberg itself is one of the quiet, untouched places on the island of Usedom. The small fishing village boasts an idyllic harbor, a lovingly designed Feng Shui garden, the unique "Gallery in the Chicken Coop", a seafood restaurant, and a farm shop with its own butcher. Right outside the door, walking, cycling, and jogging paths begin through the vast Bodden landscape.

The neighboring village of Krummin enhances the offer with several cafés and restaurants, a historic church, and a picturesque harbor with houseboats and additional mooring spots.

The well-known Baltic spas of Zinnowitz, Trassenheide, and Karlshagen are quickly accessible by bike or car. Expansive sandy beaches, beach bars, surf schools, thermal baths, cozy cafés, restaurants, and numerous shops provide an authentic Baltic Sea feeling. In about 40 minutes you can also reach the historic university and Hanseatic town of Greifswald with its impressive brick Gothic architecture, as well as the imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin. Swinemünde with its vibrant promenade and popular markets is only about an hour away.

Neeberg can be reached in about three hours by car from Berlin or Hamburg, or conveniently by train to the Wolgast ferry.

The underfloor heating – based on an air-source heat pump – can be controlled remotely. Fiber-optic connectivity offers the possibility for mobile working. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an induction stove.

A mooring spot for a boat can be rented.
