After living in this apartment from 2017 to 2021, I moved for work reasons and subsequently rented it out. The current tenant would like to move out in September/October 2026. Since I’m moving back to Stuttgart in July 2027 next year, I am offering the apartment (unfurnished) on a temporary rental basis until June/July 2027.

Located in the core area of Stuttgart Mitte, this 2-room apartment is situated in a multi-family building with a total of 18 residential units on the 4th floor. It features a balcony, fitted kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom from which the bathroom is directly accessible. From the entrance/hallway area, you can access the separate WC. A dry basement storage room is also available.

The net cold rent is in line with the local rent index, plus the rental cost for the fitted kitchen. A security deposit of 3 months’ net cold rent is required.
