On the upper floor, there are offices and an apartment, while on the ground floor there is an official motor vehicle inspection center and an auto workshop.

The property is situated opposite a former brand-name car dealership, not far from Teltow station. A bus stop and the train station can be reached within a few minutes’ walk. Mahlower Str. serves as the connecting road between Potsdam and Schönefeld Airport, and the GVZ Großbeeren is also nearby.
