Small house in a central yet quiet location (access street) in the Modautal district of Brandau. The house was renovated internally in 2013. Other shopping opportunities are available, for example, in Lautern (Edeka with beverage market/Penny) and Reichenbach (Aldi), or in the closest village of Lützelbach (butcher). The bus connection to Darmstadt is very good. This bus also goes to Ernstnofen for elementary school and stops in Ober-Ramstadt (secondary schools). In the other direction (Fischbachtal, Groß-Bieberau) there are also bus lines. By car, there is good access to the A5 towards Heidelberg and Frankfurt. Brandau is surrounded by forests, meadows, and fields that invite you to take a walk or go cycling. For those who want to be active in sports, there is also the local sports club with various departments, foremost football (with its own artificial turf pitch). In addition, there is a tennis club.

During the 2013 renovation, all floors (except in the attic) were fitted with laminate. The kitchen, bathroom, and WCs are tiled. The walls are smoothly plastered and painted. There is a small balcony (west-facing). The attic is currently not occupied, but it is prepared for conversion. The garage has space for a rather small car, and there would be another parking space in the courtyard.
