Multiple rooms in 4-person and 6-person shared apartments are now available both furnished and unfurnished.

The house is exclusively rented to students and apprentices – ideal for a relaxed shared living experience among like-minded people.

APARTMENT AND FURNISHINGS

A floor plan of one of the apartments is provided as a photo. The rooms are between approximately 12 m² and 23 m² in size, have been freshly painted, and some even offer direct access to a balcony.

Both unfurnished and furnished rooms are available for rent. Furnished rooms are equipped with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, ensuring an easy move-in.

Each apartment is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen.

The building is an old building from the Gründerzeit (built in 1910) with high ceilings and large windows. It is not a new construction but a house with typical old building character. The bathrooms are designed functionally. The toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, which simplifies daily shared living routines.

FLAT RATE RENT

The shared apartment rooms are rented with proportional use of the common areas at flat rate rents starting at €396. The flat rate rent includes all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. Wi-Fi is provided at no additional cost.

Flat rate rent means: There is no annual operating cost statement – you won't receive any reimbursement, but you also won't have to pay any additional costs.

No commission fee applies.

The house is located between Osnabrück’s city center and the Westerberg Campus. Both destinations are within walking distance and other university locations are also nearby. There is also a vocational school in the vicinity.

Shopping facilities, including a combination store with a bakery, are located approximately 150 meters diagonally across the street.

A well-connected bus stop is within a 5-minute walk.

A separate rental contract is signed for each bedroom.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

We rent exclusively to students and apprentices; appropriate proof will be required before the rental contract is signed.

A minimum rental period of 12 months is agreed upon.
