(4) Beststruktur GmbH reserves the right to create usage profiles from the collected customer data using pseudonyms for advertising purposes, market research, or to tailor its offers to customer needs. The customer is entitled to object to the use of their usage data at any time. The use of your personal data for behavioral advertising and profiling is based on the legitimate interest of enhancing your user experience pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
