We rent out a completely renovated apartment and are looking for a quiet couple or small family of up to four people.

The apartment spans two levels and is located on the 3rd (lift) and 4th floors of a multi-family house.

On the 3rd floor, there is a spacious entrance area with a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. From the entrance area, there is a bathroom, two rooms (one with a balcony), and a new fitted kitchen (with balcony). The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor; here you will find a large room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony, and a stunning view over parts of the district. From this room, you can access three additional smaller rooms, one of which is ideal for use as a utility room (with connections for a washing machine available); the other two small rooms are connected to each other. The flooring in some rooms consists of new laminate as well as partially existing tiles and slate floors.

It is a quiet building, and we preferably seek tenants who are specifically looking for this peaceful atmosphere in a cozy neighborhood and who are interested in a long-term rental agreement.

Since this is a first-time rental, we cannot define the utilities precisely; they are expected to be around 250.00.
