The property is suitable for a family with a maximum of one child (3 persons).

Energy certificate:
Since the renovation, the property has been predominantly heated by the fireplace located in the living room, with the tenants reporting an annual consumption of roughly 3.5 m³ of firewood. The gas heating system was only used “occasionally” and thus shows an average consumption (2013-2026) of approximately 476 liters of liquid gas per year (around €300 / €25.00 per month). The energy certificate/consumption certificate, which reflects actual rather than theoretical consumption, is currently in progress and is expected to indicate a final energy consumption of 113.0 kW with an efficiency rating of class D.
