The apartment is currently occupied by four female students who get along well, treat the apartment very carefully, and would love to continue living there. A large adventure playground is also within walking distance. All shopping opportunities (including the Cineplex cinema in the GEZ), restaurants, and doctors’ offices are very well established and popular in Germering. The nearest S-Bahn stop is Harthaus, which still belongs to the Munich fare zone and is easily accessible on foot or by bike. The highway entrance is not far, yet it remains inaudible.

The apartment has a total area of 86.6 square meters, including a 19.14 m² living room, a 14.23 m² bedroom, and two children’s rooms measuring 10.62 m² and 10.63 m² respectively. The built-in wardrobes in the children’s rooms are positioned in the hallway in front of their respective doors, which makes the rooms more usable. Theoretically, these wardrobes could be removed, which would enlarge the hallway enough to set up a dining area there.

There is a large private basement storage unit as well as shared laundry and bicycle rooms in the basement.
