Our shared apartment spans two floors of a spacious house and offers you everything you might wish for in a relaxed shared-living environment:

6 rooms – bright, various sizes (Rent depends on the room’s size)

2 modern bathrooms – perfect for a stress-free start to your day

Fully equipped kitchen – including stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator

Cozy living area – with a dining table for shared evenings

Snack area – for coffee, light meals, and spontaneous conversations

Loggia – full of light, ideal for reading, working, or relaxing

Small garden/outdoor area – perfect for barbecuing, gardening, or chilling during the summer

Parking space – a parking spot is currently available, though the best way to get around is still by bicycle (there are 2 bicycle garages available for free right at the bike path)

The Community

We are looking for 2 new housemates – currently an open mix of students and professionals. On the first floor, a room has become available for a professional, and in the attic, a room is ideally suited for a student or school pupil.

The neighbors are already looking forward to welcoming young people and would love to see the house come back to life.

Rent & Costs

Base rent: between €350 per month depending on the room size

Additional flat-rate warm rent: €150 (including heating, hot water, electricity & other incidental costs)

→ Total rent: €500 per month

Move-in & Viewing

Move-in available immediately until currently November 2027

Only 14 minutes to Heidelberg’s Old Town

Only 41 minutes to Mannheim Arena (e.g., DHBW Mannheim)

Situated on a slope near the S-Bahn, as described in detail above.

Please note that the base rent + incidental costs are considered a flat-rate rent.

This means there will be no annoying additional payments, etc.
