Rád bych dlouhodobě pronajal byt 2+kk o rozloze 52 m² v ulici Jirečkova 5, ideální pro pár nebo jednotlivce, ihned k dispozici. Byt je ve 3.patře s výtahem, obě okna směrují do klidného vnitrobloku, a to sice na jih. Dům naproti je ale poměrně blízko, takže do něho nejde moc slunečního záření, není tedy nejsvětlejší, ale zase není tolik rozpálený. V bytě je vybavená kuchyňská linka s lednicí, pračka, a rád bych dodělal myčku. Byt má velmi nízké poplatky, cca. 700Kč/osoba, to je včetně vody. Elektřina a plyn, kterým se topí, by se přepisovaly na nájemce, dle mého cca. 1500 - 2000Kč. Součástí bytu je také sklep o rozloze 4 m².
Nájemné by bylo 24 tisíc korun, a poprosil bych zálohu ve výši jednoho nájemného. Pokud byste měli zájem, napište prosím něco málo o Vás, děkuji a těším se na viděnou.
I would like to rent out for the long term a 2+kk apartment with an area of 52 m² located at Jirečkova 5, ideal for a couple or an individual, available immediately. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator, and both windows face a quiet inner courtyard, specifically to the south. However, the building across the street is quite close, so not much sunlight gets in; it isn’t the brightest, but it also doesn’t get overly hot.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator and a washing machine, and I would like to install a dishwasher. The fees are very low—approximately 700 CZK per person, which includes water. Electricity and gas, which is used for heating, would be transferred to the tenant, and I estimate these costs at around 1500–2000 CZK. The apartment also includes a 4 m² cellar.
