The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 180 × 200 cm bed and the other with a 160 × 200 cm bed, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups traveling together. The separate living room offers a large sofa bed measuring 150 × 200 cm, a comfortable seating area, and a large dining table, perfect for shared meals, working, or relaxing after a day in Prague. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed, such as a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete kitchenware. For added comfort, the apartment has two modern bathrooms, both fitted with rain showers. A 2-in-1 washer and dryer is also available in the unit.

The apartment is located in the heart of Prague's New Town, one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods, surrounded by historic architecture, charming cafés, traditional Czech restaurants, trendy bistros, bakeries, and boutique shops. Just a short walk away, you'll find Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, the National Theatre, and the lively Národní třída, while Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and Charles Bridge are all easily reachable on foot.
