Byt 2+1 využívám zhruba polovinu týdne jako terapeutovnu s přespáváním. Ve zbývajících dnech (pondělí, úterý a každá druhá středa; víkendy po dohodě) rád nabídnu prostor ke sdílení pro práci – ať už pro terapie, doučování, konzultace nebo klidné pracovní zázemí podle vašich potřeb.
Prostor je světlý, příjemný a působí útulně i vzdušně. K dispozici jsou dvě místnosti:
– Pracovna s velkým oknem, kobercem, rostlinami, křesly a gaučem
– Ložnice s postelí a menším pracovním stolem
Součástí bytu je také koupelna s vanou, samostatné WC a kuchyň se základním vybavením.
Byt se nachází na rozhraní Vinohrad a Vršovic, pár minut pěšky z Flory nebo Koh-i-noor a pár kroků od busu Kodaňská.

Domluvit se dá i jen na některých nabízených dnech za poměrnou cenu.
Apartment 2+1 is used by me as a therapy office with overnight stays roughly half of the week. On the remaining days (Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday; weekends by arrangement), I’m happy to offer the space for work-sharing – whether it’s for therapy, tutoring, consultations, or simply a quiet work environment tailored to your needs.
The space is bright, pleasant, and feels both cozy and airy. There are two rooms available:
– A study with a large window, carpet, plants, armchairs, and a sofa
– A bedroom with a bed and a smaller desk
The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a kitchen with basic equipment.
It is located on the border between Vinohrady and Vršovice, just a few minutes’ walk from Flora or Koh-i-noor, and only a few steps from the Kodaňská bus stop.
