In addition to the monthly cold rent plus advance payment for additional costs (warm rent EUR 750), a rental deposit equal to 3 months’ cold rent (EUR 1,650) is collected. The full amount of the rental deposit should be paid by bank transfer to the landlord before or at the start of the rental and the handover of the keys.
