We heat with gas; a special feature is that we had a gas tank professionally buried in the garden and use liquefied gas—a choice that has proven to be a real financial advantage in recent years and will continue to be so. That is why our kitchen is equipped with a gas stove—once you’ve cooked with gas, you won’t want anything else.
