Our maisonette apartment spans the ground and upper floors within the former administrative building that extends from the manor house. Through the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor, you gain direct access to the garden area, which is part of the beautiful manor park. In the kitchen, thanks to an electrical connection installed in the floor, a kitchen island can be added so that nothing stands in the way of delightful evenings with family or guests. The fireplace in the living area completes the unique ambiance. Both bathrooms face north, allowing you to enjoy the evening sun in the living and sleeping areas. The apartment also features a special option: it offers the possibility to use one room as an office with external access for clients.

The community of Erkerode/Lucklum—with just over 800 residents—as well as the neighboring villages of Evessen and Veltheim, are in close proximity to the Reitlingstal recreational area.
