Rental Conditions & Schedule

A mutual exclusion of the standard termination right for 36 months has been agreed upon. This is an indexed lease agreement. The parking space is an attractive option – there is no obligation to rent it along with the apartment.

Since this is a new building, the final energy certificate will be provided upon completion.

The project is currently under construction, with first occupancy planned for October 1, 2026. Viewings are possible by appointment.
