Byt je situován v nejvyšším patře, kde si vychutnáte klid a výhled do vnitrobloku z pěkného balkónu o ploše 5 m². Stav bytu je velmi dobrý a díky výtahu v domě je zajištěná pohodlná dostupnost.
Prostor bytové jednotky nabízíme nevybavený, což vám dává možnost přizpůsobit si jej dle vlastních představ a potřeb (Pokud byste potřebovali nějaké vybavení, asi jsme v tuto chvíli ledacos schopni poskytnout, v bytě zatím zůstala pračka a lednička).
V bytě jsou renovované podlahy (lak) a všechny dřevěné plochy (olej). Má vlastní plynový kotel, který i ohřívá vodu. V bytě je kuchyňská linka s plynovým sporákem, el. trouba a myčka. Odsavač par, je vyveden do komína.
Byt je vhodný s velikým komfortem pro jednotlivce nebo pro pár. Spolubydlení se neosvědčilo. Každý pokoj má cca 20 m2
Tento byt není jen „produkt na pronájem“ – zařizovala jsem ho s láskou sama pro sebe a doufám, že to v něm ucítíte. Pokud hledáte chladný, supermoderní design a sklo, tady to nenajdete. Jestli ale dáváte přednost teplu domova, přírodním materiálům a dřevěným prvkům, budete se tu cítit skvěle. Hledám někoho, kdo ocení jeho útulnost a bude se o něj starat s podobnou láskou, s jakou byl tvořen.
I offer for rent a beautiful and cozy apartment with a 2+kk layout and an area of 64 m², located in a brick building with five floors. The apartment is situated on the top floor, where you can enjoy peace and a view of the inner courtyard from a lovely balcony covering 5 m². The apartment is in very good condition and, thanks to the building’s elevator, it is conveniently accessible.
The unit is offered unfurnished, giving you the opportunity to customize it according to your own ideas and needs (if you need any furnishings, we are currently quite capable of providing a few items; the washer and refrigerator have remained in the apartment for now). The floors have been renovated (with lacquer) and all wooden surfaces have been treated with oil. It has its own gas boiler, which also heats the water. The apartment includes a kitchen unit equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, and a dishwasher, and it features an exhaust hood vented into the chimney.
This apartment is perfectly comfortable for an individual or a couple. A shared living arrangement did not work out. Each room is approximately 20 m².
This apartment is not just a “rental product” – I furnished it lovingly for myself and I hope you will feel that warmth in it. If you’re looking for a cold, super-modern design with glass accents, you won’t find that here. However, if you prefer the warmth of a home, natural materials, and wooden elements, you will feel great here. I am looking for someone who will appreciate its coziness and take care of it with the same love with which it was created.
