The apartment is located in a well-maintained historic building that is personally lived in by the owner. The apartment features a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine connection – a Miele washing machine is provided in the bathroom.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a high-quality, light wooden fitted kitchen, which is rented under a separate contract. The kitchen must be rented along with the apartment and still offers space for a cozy dining corner. The living/sleeping room features high-quality parquet flooring and has two windows; all windows are double-glazed and equipped with roller shutters.

It is mandatory for us that the incoming tenant renovates the rooms and applies a neutral coat of paint. The tiles in the apartment are styled in the fashion of the 1970s.

The rent of €770 is a flat-rate rent including heating costs. This amount is adjusted once a year based on energy price developments, consumption, etc., with no detailed billing provided. Allocable costs such as property tax, insurances, etc., are calculated annually on a per-person basis. Electricity, including for hot water, is supplied via its own meter and is paid directly to the provider.

We are looking for a quiet individual; for couples, the apartment is not really suitable since the living and sleeping areas are combined.
