Since it's been 25 years, Dachwerk in the Glockenbachviertel has been a place for people who work with focus and appreciate a personal atmosphere. Managed with great passion and continuously further developed, it combines exceptional spaces with a friendly, straightforward community.

Currently, we are renting out a 13 m² office (furnished or unfurnished) in our spacious loft on the top floor of a historic building. Exposed roof beams, ceiling heights of up to five meters, black cast asphalt flooring, steel shelves, and light wooden furniture give the space its unmistakable loft character.

Dachwerk comprises a total of twelve offices, four fixed and eight flexible workstations, two meeting rooms, a phone booth for up to four people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. As an office tenant, you also benefit from a special rate for our in-house event space with its own entrance – ideal for workshops, presentations, and much more.

What our tenants particularly appreciate, besides the atmosphere, are the down-to-earth people. Many come from the fields of graphics, text, and film, along with consultants, start-ups, and teams from larger companies. The tenants, ranging from their late 20s to mid-60s, work here side by side – open, respectful, and with a joy for exchange.

Dachwerk is situated right in the middle of the Glockenbachviertel, surrounded by cafés and restaurants and only a few minutes’ walk from five subway lines and four tram lines.

In addition to the warm rent, members currently pay a monthly amount of 140.00 Euros net, which covers the shared costs ranging from cleaning and WiFi to consumables.
