The building is QNG certified and meets the highest ecological and energy standards. Each apartment has its own photovoltaic system with 4.5 kWp and an individual photovoltaic battery. This reduces our electricity consumption by approximately 65%. Through water-saving fixtures, we reduce water consumption by around 50%. Thanks to showers with heat recovery, we also use 65% less energy for hot water production. As a result, the ancillary costs are at an amazingly low level.
You should know that we do not allocate apartments in a sequential order. Instead, we are looking for people who want to practice communal living and are keen on exchanging ideas. Simply get to know us, and you’ll quickly understand that we will have a lot of fun together.
Nonetheless, everyone has their own private retreat in their apartment. We are NOT a shared flat... wink.

The housing project is located at the highest point in Waldems Bermbach and is unobstructed. You can reach Idstein and the A3 in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg is 10 minutes away. Limburg takes 25 minutes, and even Wiesbaden is reachable within half an hour. In the town, there is a kindergarten. Three minutes away in Heftrich is the primary school. There is a farm shop in the town and a Nettomarkt in Esch. In Idstein, you will find everything from Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe to a wonderful downtown – even a hospital and a university. Buses run every half hour. There is also a bus connection to Königstein every hour.

The floors feature an innovative, biological linoleum floor design. The walls are NOT white but painted smoothly in a very light tone. The skirting boards and doors are of the same color.
