A graduated rent contract is agreed upon. This means that after a rental period of one year, the net rent increases to €640, after two years to €680, and after three years to €720.

I have taken over the multi-family house with a total of twelve rental apartments as of April 1, 2024. From the outside, the building still looks like a classic East German construction – not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and overhauling the house from the ground up. It won’t all happen at once, but little by little.

The apartment offered for rent is in a well-maintained condition. It has its own entrance. Through it, you enter the hallway, from which the kitchen is directly to the left and the bathroom to the right. The second door on the right opens into the study. At the back is the living room, from which the bedroom is accessible.
