Four S-Bahn and regional trains run hourly to Cologne’s city center, and Bonn is connected via tram line 66. The town center, with its historic market square and buildings, is easily navigable. The town is also renowned for its medieval Christmas market, which prominently features medieval crafts.

The landscape: Siegburg is located on a southeastern outlier of the Cologne Bight and borders in the east on the heights of the Bergisches Land, in the south on those of the Westerwald and the Siebengebirge. Motorway access: 1.5 km to the A560/A3; approximately 30 km to Cologne, and about 14 km to Bonn via the B56. Public transport is very well developed.
