The building itself was constructed in the postwar years and has been continuously refurbished and modernized since.

The square is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, which provide residents with a diverse range of culinary and shopping opportunities. The Gärtnerplatz Theatre is situated on the square and offers residents access to a broad spectrum of cultural events, including plays, concerts, and other performances. Additionally, Gärtnerplatz features a lovely park that serves as a tranquil retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Furthermore, you’ll find an inviting lounge area with a 43" television (Samsung "The FRAME") mounted directly on the wall. The living room faces east towards Baaderstraße and is, of course, not visible from the street.

In the bedroom, there is a box-spring bed, a small dresser, and a spacious wardrobe where you can comfortably store all your personal belongings. The bedroom faces west into a quiet inner courtyard, ensuring complete tranquility even with the window open.

The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped – from standard appliances like a refrigerator, oven, and Nespresso machine to dishes and espresso cups.

The apartment is rented fully furnished, and the standard utility costs (electricity, water, etc.) are included in the rent. Any damages to the furnishings beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the tenant upon move-out. Additionally, a cleaning fee of 350 EUR will apply at the time of move-out.
