Centrally located end-terrace house available for rent at a reduced price to a family of craftsmen.

The house has a lot of potential; however, certain bedrooms require complete renovation by the tenant (installing PVC flooring, painting the walls and ceilings). The materials will be supplied and paid for by the landlord. The tenant must complete this work through their own labor upon moving in. Provided the work is carried out professionally, the tenant will receive a rent discount of €200 per month over a period of 2 years.

Some rooms (kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room, 2 bedrooms) are in good condition – only painter touch-ups are needed. Unfortunately, 2 bedrooms were not well maintained by the departing children and need to be renovated (new floors, painting ceilings and walls).

The house features a large combined living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor, there are 2 additional (renovation-needy) bedrooms. There are plenty of storage and utility options available in the basement and the attic.

It is very centrally located. The pedestrian zone is just a few meters away.

The large fitted kitchen is included in the rental for an additional monthly fee of €50.
