It was constructed using solid insulated bricks.

Plastic roller shutters are installed at the windows in fixed roller shutter boxes with electric drive. The roof windows have also been fitted with exterior roller shutters with electric drive.

The apartments feature genuine wood parquet flooring, while the kitchen area has tiled floors.

All apartments have a regulated ventilation and air extraction system with heat recovery, which can optionally be equipped with an allergen pollen filter.
