These premises are located in the basement of a charming multi-family house built in 1964. In principle, the spaces offer versatile use, for example as practice rooms (massage/physiotherapy), office and storage space for craft businesses, commercial areas for an online shop, other types of business premises, or simply as storage space.

In the past, several rooms on this basement level of the multi-family house housed an orthopedic doctor’s practice (located on the floor above at the time), a massage practice, and later also a nail studio. Currently, the premises are rented to a nursing service which uses them for employee facilities and storage.

The main area on the right side of the basement comprises contiguous rooms of approximately 71 m², which are currently partitioned in some sections by easily removable lightweight partitions. Hamburg and Lübeck can be conveniently and quickly reached by train via Bad Oldesloe, and the rail connection to Neumünster is available without transfers.

But it’s not only the location that makes Bad Segeberg so attractive. Beyond the city limits, Bad Segeberg is known for the annual Karl May Festival held on the 91-meter-high Kalkberg. Both visitors and residents can enjoy a wide range of cultural and leisure activities in addition to excellent shopping opportunities. The Fledermaus Experience Exhibition, the Museum Alt-Segeberger Bürgerhaus, the Kalkberg caves, and the Marienkirche are just a few examples. Throughout the year, various festivals and events take place, such as the Segeberg Cultural Summer or the summer concerts on the open-air stage.

Nationwide known Möbel-Kraft AG also has its headquarters here, as do the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the Medical Association of Schleswig-Holstein. The town offers several schools – including a community college.

In most of the rooms, a uniform, robust vinyl flooring in wood-look is installed. In the current storage areas, tiles are laid. The basement features a pleasant ceiling height of 2.58 m along with large heating and window surfaces.

The premises can be taken over by arrangement (even on short notice).
