First, for your information: this is a shared apartment with currently three male roommates.

In our shared apartment, a large, bright room of about 16 m² is available. The room features a new high-quality vinyl floor, which is modern and easy to care for.

The current resident structure mainly consists of young adults aged around 20 to 30 years. To ensure harmonious living, we make sure that new roommates fit well with the existing WG community.

The shared apartment is rather quiet and structured – therefore, we are looking for a reliable person with a regular daily routine (e.g., employed or studying) who values order and respectful coexistence.

The room is rented furnished and is equipped with:

- Bed including mattress

- Desk

- Desk chair

- Wardrobe

The warm rent is all-inclusive. Already included are:

- High-speed WLAN

- Electricity

- Waste disposal

Additionally, a new washing machine with dryer function is available. There are no extra costs for washing and drying.

For bicycles, a secure storage room in the basement is provided.

The shared apartment boasts a brand new communal kitchen, used by all roommates.
