In the large, modernly furnished room there is a double bed, a sofa for relaxing, a workspace, various storage options, and a wardrobe. The kitchen, which is accessed through a small hallway with storage space for suitcases and other items, offers the necessary comforts for a small household and is fully equipped. The university can be reached in 8 minutes, and the city center and Wannsee in 20 minutes. There is also the option to use a car in addition to public transportation or a bicycle, thanks to the parking space behind the building, which can be rented for an additional 50 euros. Parking will thus not be an issue—a rarity in Berlin!

The nearest S- and U-stations for public transport are Rathaus Steglitz (S1 and U9), Südende (S25), and Attilastraße (S2). All these stations can be reached by bus in 5–10 minutes.

The apartment is particularly advantageous for those studying or working at FU Berlin, the Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin, or in Potsdam.

For your individual evening meal, a multifunctional microwave with an oven and grill as well as induction hobs are available. And you’re also taken care of for your morning coffee. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes “on the side” and the washing machine is ready for use for your laundry.
