In the past, this basement level of the multi-family building housed several rooms for the orthopedic medical practice that was located on the floor above at the time, a massage practice, and later a nail studio. Most recently, the basement premises were rented out to a home care service, which used the space as break rooms for employees and as storage space.

If needed, additional (heated) storage rooms are available for rent (9.7 m² / 21.1 m² / 17.1 m²), as well as extra commercial spaces of about 33 m² (see Commercial Spaces 2a+b on the floor plan).

The residential building is centrally located in an absolutely prime area of Bad Segeberg. Hamburg and Lübeck are also conveniently and quickly accessible by train via Bad Oldesloe. The train connection to Neumünster is even available without the need to change trains.

But it isn’t just the location that makes Bad Segeberg so attractive. Beyond the city limits, Bad Segeberg is known for the annual Karl-May-Festspiele held on the 91-meter-high Kalkberg. Visitors and residents alike can enjoy not only excellent shopping opportunities but also a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. The Fledermaus Experience Exhibition, the Alt-Segeberg Citizen’s Museum, the Kalkberg caves, and the Marienkirche are just a few examples. Throughout the year, various festivals and activities take place, such as the Segeberg Cultural Summer or the summer concerts on the open-air stage.

The nationally renowned Möbel-Kraft AG also has its headquarters here, as do the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the Medical Association of Schleswig-Holstein. The city features various schools – including a community college.

- If required, it is fundamentally possible to have two exclusive WCs and/or water connections or a private kitchenette. Just let us know what you need and we will try to find a solution.

- One of the additional storage rooms available for rent (9.7 m²) includes a shower.

- On the top floor, additional break rooms (with an exclusive WC) could optionally be rented.
