Most rooms – depending on size and features – have a net base rent between €300 and €450. In addition, there is usually an advance payment for utilities of €100 per month. A deposit is required for each rental agreement.

The rooms are particularly suitable for students of Saarland University, employees of Homburg University Hospital, students of Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences (Campus Zweibrücken), trainees, and working professionals.
