For short-term rental, our recently renovated, beautiful apartment is available. It should be rented for a minimum of 8 weeks, with any extension subject to agreement.

High-quality, modern furnishings. There is no cable TV or Wi-Fi. The furnishings should be treated with care—they are arranged in a cozy style.

Please note: In July and August, the daily rent is 50.00 euros per day for one person. For an additional person (maximum 2 persons total) in a rental of at least 8 weeks, an extra 5.00 euros per day applies.

Included in the additional costs are: a caretaker, winter service, weekly stair cleaning, and garbage fees.

There will be no final additional payment. The utilities are fixed costs. No further payment is due after the rental period.

The deposit covers potential rent loss, damages, or the final settlement.

Final cleaning:

The apartment must be left clean and swept.

A hygienic cleaning service costs an extra 80.00 euros upon move-out.

We provide bed linen and towels upon request.

Additionally, the apartment comes with a TV, a new washing machine, and a Saeco coffee machine.

The apartment is located in Garitz, near the KissSalis Therme. Free parking is available in front of the building, or you can rent our duplex garage. Large grocery and shopping markets are 500 meters away. The city center and spa park are approximately 1.5 km away.

The apartment has 2 rooms. The new, spacious, open-concept living and dining area is modernly and openly laid out.

The apartment has been completely gutted (except for the bathroom interior with the bathtub).

Everything is new and modern! The apartment is decorated in an Italian style, predominantly Venetian.

All doors, all door frames, oak vinyl flooring by JOKA, a new balcony with furniture, the bedroom, a dressing room wall separated by a glass door, a new kitchen and sideboard from the company NOLTE (including an integrated, hidden washing machine), pots by Silit, glasses, plates, cutlery, towels, etc.—everything you need for a short stay! For example, if you are on a business trip or planning an extended stay in Bad Kissingen (for spa treatment or vacation).

You should be a non-smoking single person who appreciates complete tranquility. In the 7-unit building, the owners are predominantly seniors. Loud music or parties are not welcome in this property.

For 2 persons, the additional costs increase by 150 euros per month.

You must also register a second residence in Bad Kissingen. Otherwise, a spa tax will be added for the first 6 weeks.
