I'm offering a spacious, partially furnished 2+1 apartment (62 m²) for long-term rent on the second floor (with elevator) in Prague’s Holešovice district. The apartment will be available from August 1, 2026, and is located just a 3-minute walk from the Maniny and Dělnická tram stops.
The locality offers excellent amenities. The headquarters of Alza, supermarkets, and cafés are only a few minutes away from the building. Parking is available in front of the house or on the surrounding streets.
All rooms are non-pass-through, connected by a spacious hallway. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The kitchen is separate and equipped with appliances (refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher). A washing machine is available in the bathroom.
The rental also includes a storage room. There is an option to use the shared balconies in the hallways.
The apartment is offered partially furnished. The hallway furniture remains, as well as one wardrobe, a TV table, and a coffee table. The rest can be arranged by agreement.
