That’s why our 4-person WG is based on three simple values:

For us, respect means taking each other into consideration and being mindful of one another’s needs.

Community means knowing each other, supporting one another, and looking forward to coming home – without the obligation to participate in joint activities.

Openness means being honest with each other, engaging in conversation, and feeling free to say when you need some time for yourself.

Since our WG is currently being newly formed, you have the opportunity to become part of a new community from the very beginning and actively shape the way of living together.

The apartment includes four WG rooms, a modern fitted kitchen, a bright dining area that serves as a common meeting point, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a practical storage room. In addition, you will have access to a washer-dryer as well as lockable bicycle storage facilities.

The total rent already includes:

There will be no additional costs.

Optionally, you can rent an underground parking space with a lockable garage door for €80 per month.

The apartment is located in the university district in Augsburg and is excellently connected.

The University of Augsburg can be reached by bicycle in about 2–3 minutes and on foot in approximately 10 minutes.

The tram stop "Beim Dürren Ast" (Line 2) is in the immediate vicinity and offers quick connections to the city center.

Shops, restaurants, the Süd sports facility as well as the Stadtwald (city forest) are also in the immediate surroundings, making the location particularly attractive for both students and professionals.

For us, age, origin, or profession are less important than the way people treat each other.
