The holiday apartment is completely rental-ready! Since autumn 2025, it has been offered in commercial holiday rentals for up to 6 guests through the Femaris agency. The high booking numbers and excellent reviews show that guests really do feel at home here.
Included in the purchase price are the parking space (7,500€) and all furnishings and accessories (30,000€).
