Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

The apartment, located on the first floor, is accessible by elevator and is barrier-free. A parking space is included with the apartment.

The holiday apartment is completely rental-ready! Since autumn 2025, it has been offered in commercial holiday rentals for up to 6 guests through the Femaris agency. The high booking numbers and excellent reviews show that guests really do feel at home here.
