The apartment can be moved into on 01.08.2026.

The building was extensively energetically refurbished just a few years ago (external insulation, future-proof wood-pellet heating, triple-glazed windows).

- The rental price of 550 euros is a flat-rate "all-inclusive" warm rent. No separate utility bill will be issued.

- Smoking is not permitted.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

- Personal liability insurance is desired.

The apartment is located on Mühlstraße, not far from the Neckarau/Schlachthof sports complex. It is quietly situated on the outskirts of Nürtingen, yet the city center is not far away.

You are only a 10-minute walk away from the train station or downtown. The Neckarweg, and thus the pathway "into nature," is right in front of the house.

By car, you are on the highway (A8) or on the B10 towards Stuttgart in 5 minutes.

The apartment features the following amenities:

- Living/bedroom with a large window

- Modern mini kitchen area with a 2-burner induction cooktop, a 40cm wide dishwasher, and a multi-microwave with an oven function

- Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin.

- Unfortunately, there is no storage room (cellar) directly allocated to the apartment.

- In the shared basement, a coin-operated washing machine is available. (There are three one-room apartments, meaning that three people share this washing facility)
