Directly at the Sommerrain S-Bahn station, there is a bakery and the popular “Sommerrain” pub. By car, both a Rewe and an Aldi can be reached within 2 minutes.
The rent for the office space is 10€/m², with additional costs of 2.50€/m² for the office area plus 6.05€/m² for the ancillary areas (33 m² when renting all four rooms or the entire floor). Parking spaces cost 20€/month if needed.
