In our modern house in Markt Schwaben with direct S-Bahn connection to Munich, we offer fully newly furnished and modern apartments. The building was energy-efficiently constructed in 2015 and consists of one-room apartments with living areas between 16 and 26 m² spread over three floors. Many apartments face south and are bathed in sunlight, with some even featuring a conservatory.

Each apartment comes with a new, modern, and functionally equipped basic setup. This includes its own shower room, a kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as a complete set of furniture consisting of a wardrobe, desk, and bed. Thus, the apartment is ideally prepared for immediate move-in – all the essential elements for comfortable living are already in place.

All our apartments include an internet connection and are rented inclusive of heating, electricity, water, waste disposal, and janitorial services. This means that all essential incidental costs are included in the warm rent, and no additional contracts or separate registrations with energy or internet providers are required (exceptions: cable TV and the broadcasting fee).

In the separate laundry room, several washing machines and dryers are available.

Several car parking spaces are available in front of the house free of charge. There are also plenty of spaces available for bicycles.

The building is centrally located in the municipality of Markt Schwaben, which is only 14 minutes from Munich by the S-Bahn that is within walking distance. In Markt Schwaben itself, there is a well-developed infrastructure with restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, fitness studios, as well as numerous leisure attractions, such as Therme Erding (approximately 15 minutes by car) in the nearby area.

The residence is located directly at the S-Bahn station, from which you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof (Werksviertel) in 14 minutes by train or 20 minutes by S-Bahn, and Munich Hbf in 25 minutes.
