Byt nabízí otevřený koncept prostoru. Případně by bylo možné realizovat oddělení, například pomocí sádrokartonové příčky – toto by bylo třeba dohodnout ze strany nájemce.
Koupelna je vybavena vanou i sprchou. Podlahy jsou z parketového dřeva a dlaždic.
