You will live on the 1st floor, which also holds the upper part of the ground-floor maisonette. The building consists of a total of 7 apartments (spread over 4 floors) and is very well maintained. The quiet and considerate house community gets along very well together.

From the apartment, it is only a few minutes’ walk to several shops (including Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, DM, butcher, Jacques, several pharmacies, doctors, ice cream parlor, dry cleaner, and more) as well as restaurants.
