The room is furnished in Scandinavian style and is fully equipped. It is also very bright and cosy! You can move in right away with just your suitcase. It has been completely renovated and, thanks to its abundant storage options and smart layout, offers surprisingly plenty of space. The rent is all-inclusive with internet and electricity. The shared area measures approximately 37.5 m².

Our flatshare isn’t meant to be purely functional—we really value a friendly, open atmosphere. It would be great if we could occasionally cook together or do activities as a group. But of course, everyone also needs their own time!

About us:

• Selsebil – she is a doctor and studied medicine. She is open, friendly, and reliable. In her free time you’ll often find her at a café or reading. She enjoys good conversations and spending time with friends.

• Patricia – she works for a company in Düsseldorf. She moved here in November and was new to Düsseldorf at that time. She enjoys reading and occasionally going for a run. She is very friendly and reliable, and she always looks forward to a chat in the kitchen.

• Flora – she has just moved from Vienna to Düsseldorf and works in the art trade. She loves going to the cinema and hiking. She’d love to explore the city more and would be happy to do so together.

We enjoy cooking, eating, and chatting together when it fits, but we also respect those moments when someone needs their peace and quiet—that’s all part of our way of living.

The beautiful old building in central Düsseldorf-Eller has been meticulously renovated, furnished, and equipped with everything you need for everyday life.

In addition, you have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cutlery, utensils, and pots. A special highlight is the balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beer.

Location

The location in Düsseldorf-Eller is ideal. Right across the street, you’ll find a Netto supermarket, a Rossmann drugstore, a pub, two bakeries, several restaurants, and additional discount stores for everyday needs. There’s also a Rewe nearby, and a weekly market is just around the corner.

Public transport connections are excellent. The Eller Mitte S-Bahn stop is no more than a 2-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn takes you to Düsseldorf Central Station in just 10 minutes. The Old Town (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) is only 14 minutes away, with the nearest U-Bahn station just a 4-minute walk away.

And now a highlight for drivers: yes, there are readily available parking spaces—even in the middle of Düsseldorf, at the large Gumbertstraße car park!
