I'm looking for two female students, preferably friends. I’m offering two small rooms for rent on a shared floor with a bathroom and toilet exclusively for these rooms. The larger room with a balcony is priced at 6,500 CZK per month (including all utilities), and the smaller room at 5,500 CZK per month (including all utilities). The deposit is negotiable, but generally more symbolic.
This is a shared living arrangement in a family house in Brno - Jundrov. There are a total of 5 rooms in the house, and so far three young people are renting rooms. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
All tenants share a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, with the option to sit outside in the small courtyard with a garden.
